Inspirational stories are hard to find around but Yatinder Singh has been an Inspiration himself. This is the story of World Body Building Silver Medalist who started his Journey 15 Years ago from Saharanpur, U.P. His story is a true motivational as how to accomplish something by believing in yourself and willingness to achieve any milestone.
There was a time when he thought of Bodybuilding as one of the toughest tasks ever existed but later on his hard work and dedication towards his goals made him achieve this International Stage in bodybuilding.
His achievements as World Bodybuilding Star, Mr. India, National Champion and fitness expert are deeply rooted in his successful career and the strong devotion that he has in bodybuilding.
Yatinder Singh has accumulated wins in over 20 Bodybuilding Competitions FY 14 & 15 World Bodybuilding Championship. Stars overhead flashed in 2015 when he won Silver Medal in World Body building Championship and Mr. India Title in 2016. At the end of Yearly Championships in 2016, he ended up grabbing Gold Medal in Federation Cup 2016.
He also won Mr. India sugar Classic championship – Overall Title and Silver Medal in Talwalkar’s Classique Invitational Bodybuilding Championship 2015.
Early Life of Yatinder singh
Yatinder Singh, son of Mr. Ravinder Singh pursued his elementary education from a CBSE school. While pursuing his 10th grade in 1999, the fact of being under-weight came to his realization and he decided to tackle this problem. Since, he wanted to make a fine personality and remain fit in his college-life, he took up body-building and fitness very seriously. From that time onward, his coach guided him towards all the necessary physical fitness as well as helped him with several sessions of outdoor training. During the period of his physical fitness and outdoor training, he realized his passion for body-building.
Though he took up the college education in the Bachelor of Arts from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut; at the same time his passion and love for body-building didn’t end. He eventually decided to pursue his career in fitness and body-building. In the year 2003, he started his first personal training job in a gym as a floor trainer and trained several individual in body-building as well as personal training programs. Slowly and gradually along with time, his progress happened to take place and with all the motivation and passion for fitness, he decided to take part in several body-building and fitness competitions taking place in the country. Today He is Mr. India 2016 and Silver Medal Winner in World Body Building Championship.
Apart from providing fitness and body-building training to the Fitness Enthusiasts, Yatinder Singh has attained a professional qualification as a certified personal trainer (ACE) by the American Council. Professionally, he is one of the finest certified personal trainers that our country has today. He has been professionally qualified in terms of body-building, fitness and providing guidance in terms of diet to the body builders.
Yatinder's Success Stories
In the year 2004, he participated in the Fifth Federation Cup and achieved first place under the competition of 75 kilograms. He was also tagged as the Best Improved Bodybuilder in the same year. In the year 2007, he opened his first gym named ‘Otwo Gym and Sp’a in Gurgaon and begins to guide and train individuals in terms of fitness, body-building as well as diet. In 2015 he Won Silver Medal in World Body Building Championship and Mr. India 2016 Title.
He has secured a position of one of the finest fitness trainers of the country. Today, he serves as a fitness consultant, personal trainer as well as a dietician to all the fitness-freaks of the country. He makes sure his clients are going through a proper fitness program and are attaining there desired body shape. He personally trains the individuals under his several fitness sessions. He keeps on motivating the individual towards a better well-being and a better life-style. He is also a consultant in terms of the diet and often helps the individuals by guiding them with the proper diet necessary for their fitness.
